As a proudly Canadian, Toronto-based small business just getting started, we currently offer online-only service for customers within Canada.

🗺 Where We Ship: We currently ship to all 13 provinces and territories across Canada. No matter where you are in Canada, we’ve got you covered!

 

💸 Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are based on your order quantity and will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout—so you’ll always see the total cost upfront.

 

🚚 Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes between 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location:

If you live in a major city like Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal, your package will usually arrive faster—often within 3 to 5 business days.

For smaller towns or rural areas, delivery might take a little longer—closer to 7 to 9 business days, depending on local carriers.

 

📧 Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once you’ve completed your purchase and paid in full, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include your tracking number and the latest shipping updates, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our nail products and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the items have been shipped.

Every order is carefully inspected, sealed, and packaged to ensure you receive your nail wraps in perfect, unused condition. Because our products are applied directly to the nails and involve direct skin contact, we cannot restock or resell any opened or handled items for health and safety reasons—even if they remain unused.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check their order details, product selections, and shipping information before completing the purchase. If you have questions or need help choosing the right product, our support team is happy to assist you before your order is processed.
